If you get a message that the email address you selected already exists, try to register your new mailbox at different domain name.
For example if "your_name@armnetwork.com" is already registered by another user, you may want to try to register "your_name@arminco.net", "your_name@armenianradio.net", or "your_name@demk.com" and so on...
